Wilderness Ranch Owners Association Board of Directors and/or the Architectural Control Committee processes violations of the Covenants,
Conditions & Restrictions on a “complaint” basis. If you would like to submit a complaint, please complete this form.
The Wilderness Ranch Owners Association Board of Directors and/or the Architectural Control Committee will review your complaint.
If additional information is required, we will contact you to discuss the matter. If it is determined that the alleged issue is
in violation of the CC&Rs, a letter will be sent to the property owner and occupant.
Although, all information on this complaint form is considered confidential, we cannot open a file unless the complaint form is completed.
If you have any evidence that may help document the violation, please enclose it with the completed complaint form.
